Hi, I am Rachel I was lost in the diet cycle and stuck in the mindset of deprivation in shame.
I had a core belief that there is a way and I just needed to find it.
I held a bachelor of arts degree in sports and nutrition education so I knew the facts and the science called I needed more so I became a ICT coach got a mentor of my own, and begin working on transforming my mindset.
I changed my body from the inside out, and I helped others do the same.
With over 10 years of experience coaching people just like you, I have learned how to break free from negative thoughts patterns, emotional triggers, and unhealthy, eating habits.
